Over the course of her life, Anneline Amann has been given various opportunities in which to practice the healing arts and spirituality as she recovered from trauma and debilitating disease, believing we all have the power to heal ourselves.
Anneline started her career as a First Responder in Emergency Medical Services for nine years, exposing her to many levels of trauma and loss, which is where it all started, guiding her to the work she is doing today.
She holds a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science degree, B.Msc., from the University of Metaphysics. Anneline is an Internationally Certified Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Spiritual Counsellor, Yoga Instructor, End of Life Doula, and Trauma Debrief Facilitator, offering various services in an online space to reach people globally, as well as in-person for her local clients. She invites you all into her space with love and gratitude.
Her services include a 6-Week Journey-to-Self Programme where she works individually with clients, guiding them through various sessions of Counselling, Reiki Healing, Movement Therapy, Breathing and Meditation Techniques. She gently empowers clients to find the medicine within as they Journey through life.
She also offers online Spiritual Therapy, Counselling and Metaphysical Teachings, Yoga Movement Therapy, and Trauma Informed Yoga and Debriefing. Anneline is a certified End of Life Companion Doula, supporting clients as they transition through life-changing events, diseases, and life-threatening illnesses. She offers non-medical support to her clients and their families. Support includes Advanced Life Directives, Vigils, Ceremonies, Companionship, Legacy work, and Bereavement Counselling.
Annaline embraces your unique healing process and areas of concern. Her aim, through intuitive guidance, is to offer you a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental, client-centered space with deep listening and supportive holistic treatments as you Journey to Self.
