My name is Cheryl Atim Alexander, and I recently became an Interfaith Metaphysical Ordained Minister through University of Metaphysics —beginning the program in May 2023 and finishing it in October 2025! I also earned my Bachelor of Metaphysical Science degree (B.Msc.) at this time. I am grateful to UOM, not only for assisting me to augment, consolidate, and professionalize my own metaphysical interests and offerings but also for facilitating a way for me to encourage others to believe in, locate, and share their own spiritual gifts.
I have been working as a holistic and spiritually oriented therapist and hypnotherapist for over 20 years and have been (consciously) using my intuitive healing abilities for nearly 28 years, beginning at age 16, with my participation in medium and spiritual development circles. At age 31, I received my master’s degree in clinical social work, then a few years after that, following a significant car accident, I initiated the process to become certified as a Reiki Master Practitioner, and later as a Reiki Master Teacher. I have lived and traveled in various places within Europe, Africa, North and South America, and I enjoy finding opportunities to illuminate my spiritual journey across these worlds through the various forms of holistic healing work I engage in.
In my role as a spiritual intuitive, I may utilize oracle cards, core shamanic practices, and/or energy psychology to connect to Spirit/Guides (mine and/or yours) who assist me in my readings for the receiver’s highest and best. My intuitive abilities are further exercised and channeled through my use of the third eye/sixth chakra to receive messages from other realms. After a reading with me, you can expect to gain a clearer, multidimensional perspective of your circumstances and possible options based on the universal laws of cause and effect, as you, the subject of the reading, retain your free will to embrace or change your circumstances and ultimately exercise greater control over/co-create your own destiny.
In my role as an energy healer—if you are interested in distance healing for a loved one in this realm or another—I will ask that you tell me the full name of the person you are requesting healing services for, and (ideally) that you forward a photograph of the person to me. Additionally, I will want to verify that you have the recipient’s permission to facilitate a healing of this sort; the person you are requesting healing services for must be aware that you are making the request, and they must also agree to it! In situations where getting the recipient’s permission is not possible, there are other things that can be done which may suffice, which we can discuss ahead of time. If you are requesting distance healing for yourself, the process is somewhat simpler.
I have limited availability for intuitive spiritual readings and energy healing sessions over the telephone or via video call. Intuitive spiritual readings are completely separate from any of the clinical work that I do. I do not diagnose during these sessions, and they are not reimbursable through insurance. I also offer in-person energy healing sessions for the animal members of your family and for people in hospice to aid in their soul progression as they transition out of the physical world into their next.
