Rev. Lisa J. Hamlin, B.Msc.
Lisa J. Hamlin, B.Msc., has a passion for inspiring others to live a healthy lifestyle and find balance through peace and harmony. She combines her spiritual wisdom with her skills and experience in holistic health and wellness. She is a leader in the movement toward courageous leadership, spirituality, higher consciousness, and mindfulness.
With over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Lisa is a Holistic Nutritionist, Wellness Specialist for the U.S. Air Force, AFAA and NASM Education Provider, and International Educator. Lisa received a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science degree (B.Msc.) from the University of Metaphysics and became an ordained metaphysical minister at the International Metaphysical Ministry University Seminary.
Lisa developed numerous fitness instructor training programs and created several fitness DVDs. She presents at major health and wellness conferences worldwide, writes articles regularly for health and wellness magazines, and made a guest appearance on National Television, “The Good Morning Show.” She traveled abroad and presented at numerous conferences in Asia, Europe, Canada, South America, the West Indies, and Central America.
Lisa presents interactive workshops and presentations at several senior living communities as she works closely with residents and their families to understand and cope with the challenges associated with dementia and cognitive impairment. With an emphasis on the four dimensions of wellness, her teachings explore the spiritual support system, which helps others gain a greater understanding of life transformation and spirituality.
Lisa’s credentials include over twenty-five certifications in nutrition, personal training, group fitness, senior fitness, cognitive health, yoga, Reiki, and a variety of specialty formats. She developed several AFAA certification and education programs and was featured in Heart to Hearts “7 Stories to Touch, Move, and Inspire You.”
