Rev. Mukund Kulkarni, B.Msc.

 

Mukund Kulkarni is a resident of Chinchwad (Pune) City in the state of Maharashtra, India. He is a retired class-one officer from Government owned company in Mumbai. After completing around 38 years of service in this company, he is now settled in a calm and quiet area of Chinchwad where he can live as he desires. His wife is also retired from Government services.

He has intense interests in many fields and tries to learn whatever attracts him. He is working in the following fields: Astrology (Indian style) since 1985; Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy since 1995; Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture) since 2010. He is also an amateur homeopath and helps his friends and relatives with easy remedies to keep their health.

Mukund has also a good interest in meditation. Although he has practiced meditation for a long time, he feels there is much more scope to go ahead to attain remarkable heights, where he will feel satisfied and contented. With this intention, he joined the doctoral program at the University of Metaphysics. He has completed the Bachelor’s of Metaphysical Science, B.Msc., and is studying further.

He has travelled all around in India and is proud of the country and its culture. In his teens, he was drawn to the philosophy and life of Swami Vivekananda like many others. Since then, he is practicing yoga, meditation, etc., but due to the life struggle–which was not very easy for him–all these likings were to be kept aside for proper time.

Now after retirement, when there is no liability and responsibilities to be completed, Mukund is devoting his full time to all the subjects he has passion for. His family life is very much calm and satisfactory, and he feels contented and experiences serenity in studying and practicing all the subjects of his choice.
